Meek Mill forced to cancel his overseas tour due to his criminal history

Let this be a lesson kids: Your past will follow you for the rest of your life. Meek Mill had to cancel his European tour because of his record. Allhiphop reports:

Meek Mill has announced that he is cancelling his upcoming Dreamchasers European Tour, in what has been a tumultuous past two weeks for Philly/Maybach Music Group rapper.

While some have speculated that the cancellation is due to his association with the Chris Brown/Drake incident, it is actually related to a different set of circumstances that center around Meek’s previous felonies as described in his Tweet, alluding to a “felty.”

“The uk tour has been cancelled bcuz I can’t get in yet because felty past criminal record but my lawyer will get things fixed soon,” Meek Mill tweeted from his Twitter account @MeekMill.

Although the tour has been cancelled, it is likely that Meek will get the situation resolved with his lawyers in the coming months, and it’s clear Meek was disappointed and wants to get the tour underway.

“I wanted 2 come bad as shit! #uk we gone get it right!” he added via Twitter.

Meek Mill’s tour was supposed to hit the road beginning on July 4, with a stop in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The seven-date outing planned stops in cities like UK, Scotland and France, before winding down in Paris, France on July 10.

More details will be announced as news emerges on upcoming tour dates and concerts.
