Former Goodie Mob member, and now The Voice judge, has been accused of sexual battery. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Everyone's favorite Goodie M.O.B. rapper turned successful Pop singer, Cee Lo Green, has been accused of s-xual battery. The Atlanta native and current The Voice judge denies being involved in any wrongdoing, though.
TMZ reports that an unnamed woman filed a police report with the LAPD that accuses Green, born Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, of
s-xually assaulting her. Details are sketchy but detectives visited a
restaurant in downtown LA to question employees about the case.
Authorities have not disclosed where the restaurant is, where the
incident occurred and what Green is accused of doing.
However, Green is adamant that he did nothing wrong. "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else," he told TMZ.
As of yet, no lawyers are involved and no charges have been brought
against the singer/rapper. Cee Lo's latest project, a Christmas album
called Cee Lo's Magic Moment, was just released yesterday (October 30th).

Saigon links up with Lecrae for new song
Whoever said a secular rapper and a "Christian" rapper can't make music together should pump their brakes and listen to this joint! Saigon and Lecrae recently linked up to record a new record, Hip Hop Wired reports:
Saigon drops a personal ode to the man upstairs with his new track, titled "Best Thing That I Found." The uplifting track will appear on the Yardfather's forthcoming album The Greatest Story Never Told 2: Bread And Circuses. Devoted fans will notice the song's crossover feel, but be clear that Saigon doesn't compromise his lyrical content the least bit.
Christian-rapper Lecrae joins Saigon on the track, providing another awe inspiring verse over the instrumental's heavy guitar riffs. Corbett rounds out the song with an inspirational hook. GSNT 2: Bread & Circuses hits stores November 6.

40 Glocc is filing a lawsuit against Game after getting jumped over the summer
Now, though I'm pretty close to the streets, I'm no "gangster" nor do I claim to know everything about the streets. Yet, I'm sure this breaks some kind of street code! 40 Glocc is suing Game. Hip Hop Wired reports:
TMZ reports that 40 filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court and the G-Unit affiliated rapper alleges that he was jumped by Game and his entourage of about 15 people on July 7th after leaving a party in the Hollywood Hills.
40 claims that the iPhone video that Game shared with the world of him catching the fade failed to include the portion where he had a gun drawn on him.
In his suit, 40 says the video does NOT show the full story ... claiming Game had chased after him with a gun ... and shouted, "Freeze or I'ma shoot, n*gga."
40 claims he tried to escape ... but Game caught up, pointed the gun at his chest and told him not to fight back or he would "end it right now."
In the docs, 40 says he obliged ... and Game and Game's crew proceeded to beat him mercilessly ... causing major injuries to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back.
40 also says he suffered wounds to his face, head, legs, arms and hands.40's lawsuit is consistent with the account he gave after the incident, saying the only reason he wasn't fighting back was because the other guys had a gun.
For those of you that don't remember the video, here it is:
Former Blaque member dies in a car accident
Wow the irony of this story. Remember back around 99-00, there was a girl group Blaque? The female rapper in the group kind of reminded people of Left Eye, right? Well, unfortunately, much like Left Eye, the young lady has been killed in a car accident. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Natina Reed, baby mother of Kurupt, and member of the girl group Blaque has died, she was 32.
Reed was killed in a car accident, in Atlanta Friday (Oct. 26).
According to reports, she was crossing the street when she was hit by a car, just one day before her birthday. While the news has yet to be confirmed by her family, one of the members of Blaque tweeted about the tragic loss.
From Vibe.com:
After speculation regarding the alleged death of Blaque's Natina Reed went rampant on the Internet, fellow girl group member Shamari (Fears) DeVoe took to Twitter Saturday (Oct. 27) to confirm the news.
TMZ reported that the driver who hit Reed called 911 after the incident. Reed was pronounced dead 29 minutes later, at Gwinnett Medical Center. While the investigation is ongoing, authorities have concluded that the driver "was determined not to be at fault," and currently faces no charges.
The mother to a 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, which she shared with Kurupt, was the rapping member of the group, which was discovered by Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, who also died in a car accident, but at the age of 30 .
Reed also appeared in the film Bring It On with Gabrielle Union, and on the show V.I.P. with Pamela Anderson.
For everyone that may be a little hazy on this girl is, here's a little reminder:

Cleveland bus driver and female passenger both charged with misdemeanors
If you ask me, I say neither one was right here. It looks like both will have to face misdemeanor charges for their parts in the punch heard round the internet. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Misdemeanor criminal charges were filed today against the male bus driver, Artis Hughes, 59, that 2-pieced a female passenger, Shi'dea "It Hurted" Lane, 25, in Cleveland a month ago.
Hughes and Lane were charged with assault and disorderly conduct, respectively, reports The Smoking Gun. Although the incident occurred a month ago to the day (September 18th), the charges weren't filed until today in Shaker Heights Municipal Court, about week after footage of the altercation on the RTA bus went viral.
Witnesses told cops that Lane appeared “drunk” and became verbally abusive to Hughes after she failed to immediately pay her fare. Hughes told investigators that he “protected myself” after Lane "grabbed me in the throat and spit on me in the face."
Hughes remains suspended without pay from his RTA job, according to an agency spokesperson. He faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1000 fine if convicted of the assault count. Lane's lesser charge carries a maximum of 30 days in custody and a $250 fine.Read more at http://hiphopwired.com/2012/10/18/epic-uppercut-throwing-bus-driver-out-of-pocket-passenger-charged-with-misdemeanors/#SWuGsRzeQ8HVvHyB.99

Co-Founder of BET doesn't like the direction the network has gone
Well, not only are the general viewers of BET not impressed with the network, but now the matriarch has expressed her disappointment. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Sheila Johnson may have co-founded BET, but that doesn't mean that she's immune from criticizing the cable network. Johnson, ex-wife of founder Bob Johnson, gave her critique of the changes the network has gone through since being sold to Viacom.
During a speech for the Conversations and Encounters program at the Carmel Art and Film Festival in Monterey County, Calif. over the weekend, Johnson said that BET “reinforces negative stereotypes of young people, African-Americans in particular.”
Rather than using the network as an opportunity to be a positive voice for the Black community, Johnson explained that things have taken a different turn. “I think we squandered a really important cable network, when it really could have been the voice of Black America. We're losing our voice as a race as a result,” she said.
“I'm really worried about what our young people are watching. There are so many young people who are using the television as a babysitter. We have parents who are not being parents and not monitoring what their children are watching.”

Beyonce tapped to headline Super Bowl XLVII
I'm not a fan of Beyonce, but she is undoubtedly one of the biggest performers of our era. She is now slated to perform at arguably the biggest show in America...the Super Bowl. Hip Hop Wired reports:
For the first time in her career, Beyoncé will be the main attraction at next year's halftime show, to be held at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Shy of an official announcement, which is expected to come Wednesday (Oct. 17), a source confirmed the news to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity.
With Beyoncé steering the ship, the guest appearance possibilities are endless. The multi-Grammy winner could bring her husband, Jay-Z on stage, who might bring the second half of The Throne (aka Kanye West) with him. If West shows up, and if Bey is feeling generous, she may even allow members of Ye's G.O.O.D. Music crew to take the stage.
There's also potential for a Destiny's Child reunion with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

Elderly woman killed at hospital due to dreadful mistake
This is just sad. All of these people working at hospitals and don't know what they're doing. Hip Hop Wired reports:
No one is immune from human error, but when doctors or nurses make mistakes, a patient's life can hang in the balance. Unfortunately the family of an 88-year-old Brazilian woman are suffering due to a mistake that cost Ilda Vitor Maciel her life.
The woman was admitted into a Rio de Janeiro hospital, and died in late September, after the soup was put into her vein instead of her feeding tube; and now her family is seeking legal action against the hospital.
"When she injected [it] into a vein, my mother began to beat," explained Maciel's daughter, Ana Ruth Maciel dos Santos. "I got scared and called the nurse."
Maciel died 12 hours after the injection.
While the hospital does acknowledge wrongdoing in giving her soup instead of medicine, officials do not believe that the mishap actually caused her death. According to the information sheet signed by a doctor at the hospital, Maciel's death was the result of a pulmonary embolism.
The family believes that the cause of death will help in their fight to peg the blame on the hospital since pulmonary embolisms occur when air bubbles enter the bloodstream.
Officials are still investigating the death, and are expected to have an answer within 30 days.

Miami rapper Bizzle passes away
Wow, it seems like people are dying left and right these days. Now, Miami rapper has been killed earlier this week. Hip Hop Wired reports:
The life of a Miami rapper by the name of Bizzle came to an abrupt end when he was shot and killed outside of a car wash Monday (Oct. 15). According to police, the rapper —born Robert Labranche — was struck on NW 7th Avenue and NW 54th street in Liberty City, at 7:30 p.m.
“He would not let you starve. He would not leave you in the street,” said resident, Rod Parker, of the 37-year-old rapper. “If you asked him for something, he would try his best to do whatever he can for you – I mean for everybody.”
Things got out of hand when Bizzle got into an argument with another person while outside of the car wash. His two young children were in his SUV at the time of the shooting, but did not see him die. “Fortunately they did not see the actual incident, and they are currently right now unharmed with family members,” revealed Miami Police Department spokesperson, Det. Willie Moreno.
Moreno went on to state that following the shooting emotions ran high, with many of the victim's relatives crossing police tape an entering the crime scene. Both a man and a woman were restrained by officers, but were later released without facing any charges. “This is someone that was definitely loved, not just by his family but by his community.
“You could see the large crowd behind me. You could see as soon as a family member run under the police line, and he obviously wanted to grab that family member, he wanted to grab him for one last time, possibly. You saw the emotions of the community, just going in with him.”
Police have yet to apprehend a suspect, but are searching for a Black male in his 20s, who fled the scene.
Known on Miami's local music scene, Bizzle also went by the name Chowtime and posted several performances online.

Pusha T has no "ill-will" toward Young Money
Although Pusha T has been in a war of words with Young Money, he claims to have no ill will toward the label. He does however admit, "New God Flow" was a response to something Birdman said. Hip Hop Wired reports:
The cold war between YMCMB and G.O.O.D. Music has been documented for quite a while. Issues between Kanye, Pusha T, Common and more against Lil Wayne, Birdman and Drake's crew have bubbled with only the rare moments when names are named in the subliminal wars.
[Pusha T] spoke to Hip-Hop Wired about those issues between the crews and why he will not respond to Lil Wayne's "Ghoulish" record. He also explains that "New God Flow" was a response to another member of the Cash Money camp, and more. Read on below.
HHW: Like you said, it's all about making good music at the end f the day so can you ever see yourself making good music together?
PT: I don't know man. Like I said I have no issue with them man. I just refuse to be talked about. I will not be disrespected and anyone I stand next to wont be disrespected. I know the good intentions of my crew. They ain't nothing like me. They ain't like that they really just about their s**t. They really just about their music.
I take things a certain way. I take interviews in magazines personal and s**t, when you say G.O.O.D Music ain't nothing. Like I take s**t like that sensitive. That's how I made "New God Flow" that's what that Isht is about. Like I take all of that personal. But never so personal that I send "F**k yous" out to anybody.
HHW: So "New God Flow" was directed at Wayne and Drake?
PT: "New God Flow" was about, in my view, something I read in a Birdman interview that I didn't like. He said something like "G.O.O.D. Music isn't nothing" and it had nothing to do with Wayne or Drake per se. That was Birdman saying whatever he wanted to say and that was the basis of where all of my lines came from. Everybody else was on their love of Hip-Hop s**t.

Flavor Flav arrested for assault
Flavor Flav is a long way from his Public Enemy days...as if you couldn't tell from the Flavor of Love. But he's been arrested again. Hip Hop Wired reports:
The 53-year-old legendary hypeman and reality show star, Flavor Flav, was arrested today for assault with a deadly weapon in Las Vegas.
According to TMZ; Flavor Flav, real name William Drayton Jr., allegedly got into a heated verbal argument with a teenager in his house as well as his fiancee. His fiancee then called 911 and as of press time, it was unclear if the teenager involved in the altercation was indeed Flav's son.
Flav was arrested around 3am this morning and booked on felony assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Allegedly, the Public Enemy hypeman threatened one person with a knife during the argument, and beat up the other it's unclear which person he threatened, and which he physically attacked.
He's currently being held on $23,000 bail.
***UPDATE***
Details of Flavor Flav's arrest are beginning to surface. Hip Hop Wired reports:
The 53-year-old New York native was double-fisted with a couple of knives when he ran after his fiancée's son, reports TMZ.
Flav, real name William Drayton Jr., allegedly threw his lady love, 39-year-old Elizabeth Trujillo, to the ground and ripped out her earrings (ouch!), before setting his eyes on her son. According to the police report, the teen son jumped in to save his mother before being met with knives of fury. The elderly Public Enemy hypeman also kicked down a locked door to get to the son, before showering him with threats against his life.
The whole argument started over accusations that Flav— who is obviously irresistible to the ladies— was being unfaithful. Things got heated, the fiancĂ©e ended up on the ground, her son ended up being chased, and Flav ended up in the back of a squad car on his way to jail where he was booked on misdemeanor battery and felony assault charges.
He has since posted $23,000 bail and has been released, and is scheduled to appear in court next week.

Jesse Jackson Jr. ends up in the hospital
Things don't look good for Jesse Jackson Jr. right about now. His name has been all over the internet lately. Hip Hop Wired reports:
After months of silence, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has finally opened up about the state of his mental health. The Chicago native has been away from his post for several months, and was receiving treatment for bipolar disorder.
Earlier in the week came word that Jackson was being investigated by the FBI for misappropriation of official funds, which may have been used to purchase personal items.
In his first interview since going on leave in June, the 47-year-old told The Daily that he's "not well," and goes to George Washington Hospital twice a day to meet with his doctors. "I go over there at 10 [a.m.] and 1 p.m.," he said.
While he did not address the allegation, and ongoing probe, his father, Jesse Jackson Sr. gave more insight into his condition stating that he's "just trying to clear his head" and has "been under medical supervision."
Eyewitnesses in his Washington D.C. neighborhood have also stated that they've seen Jackson dining, or just walking outside. "Most of the time he's talking on his damn phone," said UPS driver Anthony Short, whose route is in Jackson's neighborhood. "He has a cigar and is puffing away."
Given the increased scrutiny into his personal and professional life it comes as no surprise that the father of two has been staying out of the public light. He's also been experiencing financial problems, and put his home up for sale, to help cover his medical bills.
Kanye West snatches a camera from a female photographer
Kanye West is proving to the world what we over here at TUA already knew, he's a sensitive diva! Hip Hop Wired reports:
The couple, who have been spending a lot of time in Miami looking for a new crib to share, were leaving dinner at Prime 112 in Miami Beach when a female photographer asked, ""Kim did you know Reggie is here [in Miami] having dinner?," reports TMZ. Not the most relevant of questions (RadarOnline reports that Kim & Ye crossed paths with Reggie Bush, though), but the follow up is what set things off.
"Did you wanna go congratulate him on his pregnancy?," asked the photographer. At this point, Yeezy reportedly rushed at the snarky paparazzo to try to grab her camera. After the brief non-altercation, West and Kardashian jumped in a Rolls-Royce Phantom and dipped out.
There's a good reason Yeezy probably held back. In 2008, the rapper, and his road manager Don Crowley, hemmed up and smashed the camera of photographer that was snapping photos of him in LAX airport and was arrested. After pleading not guilty to charges that included battery, grand theft and vandalism from the incident in 2009, the case was eventually dismissed the same year.
With the female photographer involved in yesterday's incident allegedly saying, "Kanye West just tried to beat me up," let's hope Yeezy keeps his lawyer's phone number handy.
Three 6 Mafia memeber arrested in New York
While one Three 6 Mafia member, Juicy J, is flying high on his new single, the other, DJ Paul. recently had a brush with the law. Hip Hop Wired reports:
DJ Paul, one-half of Three 6 Mafia, was arrested in New York City Sunday (Oct. 16), for illegally carrying a taser.
The Memphis native was busted for weapons possession after authorities questioned him about carrying an open beer out of an eatery--which is prohibited in the state. Sources close to the rapper told Allhiphop.com that Paul stopped at a deli on 37th and 9th Avenue in Manhattan to purchase the alcohol, which he had in a sleeve, before police began to follow him.
Upon further inquiry, Paul admitted to having a taser on his person. The weapon was confiscated, and mistakenly discharged by an officer. The 35-year-old was taken into custody both for carrying the device and walking on the street with an open container, which are misdemeanor charges.
After his arrest, police allegedly posed for pictures with him, and sang the chorus to his 2005 single "Stay Fly."
Paul was booked and is scheduled to be released Monday (Oct. 16) morning.
Scott Storch still having problems with the law
I was hoping one of the illest producers in the game was pulling himself together. But he's still having a few issues with the law and his money. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Scott Storch is a wanted man; just not for his beats. A Florida court has issued a warrant for the chronically troubled producer's arrest because he neglected to pay almost $30,000 in child support.
TMZ reports that the warrant was issued after Storch, producer of such hits like Terror Squad's "Lean Back" and Beyoncé "Naughty Girl," failed to show up for a scheduled court date and explain why he didn't pay his child support. Storch can avoid landing in the bing if he makes good on the reportedly $28,300 he owes his baby mama.
Storch's struggle is a multi-state affair, though. Back in California, the Beverly Hills Hotel alleges that last week Storch checked out without paying his $4000 bill. In February of this year, Storch was arrested for coke charges in Las Vegas. Also, in April an artist sued Storch for failing to deliver her the beats that he promised and that she paid for.
Former Hot Boy is now a free man
Welcome home to the former Hot Boy, Turk. He's now a free man. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Original Hot Boy and former Cash Money Records artist, Turk, was finally released from prison last week after eight years, eight months and sixteen days of imprisonment.
Eight years ago, the New Orleans-bred rapper went to jail for attempted murder and a possession of a firearm. However, Turk says he kept in good contact with the industry so it wouldn't be too hard on him when he was finally a free man.
"Yeah, I'm waiting on Mack Maine to give me a call right now," Turk said when asked if he will be working with Lil Wayne soon. "I'm waiting on him to hit me up and see what they talking about, but you already know man it's in the air, we ain't nothing final yet, I'm just gonna say it is in the air."
Keyshia Cole and T.I. want no part of the Jeezy/Gucci Mane beef
Keyshia Cole is a now a mother and wife, T.I. is trying to do the Cosby thing, so why Gucci Mane wants to bring them into his issues with Jeezy, I have no idea. But neither of the two want any part of their beef. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Keyshia Cole is not appreciative of Gucci Mane shouting her out on records and alleging that she slept with Sean "Diddy" Combs. The R&B singer took to Twitter to refute the claims La Flare made on his song called "Truth," a Young Jeezy dis released over the weekend.
"I did a song with Keyshia Cole and I know you still miss her/But Puff was f-cking her while you was falling in love wit' her," raps Gucci on the aforementioned song, one of its many jabs at his rival since Jeezy and Cole were once a couple. However, the "Let It Go" singer denies that she ever had intimate relations with Diddy and claims that the trap rapper only brought her name into the mix to "sell mixtapes."
"That ain't my business!! he's lying! its all G tho," tweeted Cole yesterday afternoon. "Putting all ya trust in some of these "Hood Rappers".. How u gone be a G, and u spreading lies, To sell mix tapes! Where ya talent at?"
When a follower co-signed her sentiment, Cole added, "Basically. Dude ain't have 2 lie tho! could've kept me out of it. I will continue 2 build what I'm working so hard accomplish! I'm married with a child, and don't have no place in that none sense!"
T.I. also issued his response recently. Allhiphop.com reports:
If Gucci thought T.I. was going to get involved in his beef with Jeezy,
he’s dead wrong. The King of the South, who just participated in a
“Cosby Show”-style photo shoot for In Touch, has decided not to publicly respond to Gucci’s tweet inviting him to get involved in the beef.
In a recent interview with Hot 107.9, T.I. practically refused to even
acknowledge the beef going on between fellow Atlanta rappers, Gucci and
Jeezy. The beef between the two was reignited when Gucci released a
diss record towards Jeezy last week.
T.I. was not trying to get dragged into the beef and instead, he said he was focused on “that sack” and becoming the next Jay-Z.
I got my mind set on a big sack with a lot of money in it,” T.I. said. “Anything not of that understanding and of that nature, I don’t really see it. So I don’t really know what you’re asking me about it. [He's got a situation with him and Jeezy?] And I think you just ended it right there. You said it all. You know what I’m saying, I don’t know. A lot of times things happen in life and we never know why. The focus is what counts, man. I’m focused on that sack, champ. I’m focused on that sack. I’m trying to get myself right up there where Jay[-Z] and them are at.”

Gucci Mane/Young Jeezy beef gets agitated again
Regardless of what anyone else believes, the beef between Jeezy and Gucci was never resolved. As a matter of fact, after The Breakfast Club asked Gucci a barrage of questions about Jeezy, it seems that it the issues that were at rest were woken up. First of all there was The Breakfast Club interview with Gucci Mane. Hip Hop Wired reports:
When asked about the infamous Ross and Jeezy altercation at the BET Hip Hop Awards, Gucci said he thought nothing of it, saying he is friends with Ross, and most definitely not friends with the Snowman. "It's just respect, walk over here it's going to be some problem," said Gucci of what happens if he and Jeezy are ever in the same place.
After their well documented beef, where a body was dropped, Gucci was clear that it wouldn't have been real if he started making records with Jeezy, as DJ Drama once hoped. "I don't got no respect for him," said Gucci of Jeezy. "I done did what I had to do."
Check the video:
Then Jeezy sat down in Big Boy's Neighborhood and spoke his piece. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Young Jeezy dropped by the Big Boy's Nieghboorhood on Power 106 in LA and of course the topic of conversation included his now infamous altercation with Rick Ross backstage at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. Mr. 17.5 revealed his side of the event and also commented on shots Gucci Mane recently sent his way, and responded with some vitriol of his own.
"At the end of the day I refuse to be a part of this WWF propaganda and b.s. to sell records," said Jeezy, after bigging up the BET Hip Hop Awards and alluding to Rozay being an "actor." "If that's who you want to be...you want to be a tough guy, you be that. I'm a boss. I'm a G." Jeezy then assured Big Boy that no one put their hands on him during the confrontation.
When asked about Gucci La Flare's recent shots on The Breakfast Club, Jeezy let off some blasts of his own. "Ya know, everybody know that boy retarded, man," said Jeezy. "Nobody taking that boy seriously, man. He got an ice cream cone on his face. Let's be for real."
Here's the video of that interview:
Lastly, there is a brand new record from Gucci. Check out what Gucci had to say:

Bus driver suspended over uppercut incident
It's been all over the internet all day long today. Well, by the end of the day, the driver that delivered the Ryu uppercut to that chick on the bus has been suspended. Hip Hop Wired reports:
More details are starting to to emerge regarding the altercation between a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) bus driver and a female passenger. Although the woman the still unnamed bus driver hit with a vicious uppercut was thought to be a 15 year-old teen, she is allegedly 25 years-old.
Fox News reports that the driver was on the job for 22 years. WKYC reports that the driver has been suspended and shared an RTA press release regarding the incident, which also reveals that it occurred almost a month ago.
RTA saw the video posted on YouTube of the operator incident on October 11. Through the investigation, we believe the incident occurred on Sept. 18. Upon identifying the driver, he was immediately suspended and removed from duty. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable. RTA apologizes to our customers for this incident. A full investigation continues.
Footage of the fight was uploaded to the Internet and shows the driver and passenger in a verbal altercation. After the woman swung at the driver, he got up and blessed her with the uppercut that had the Internet going nuts. "She want to be a man, I'm gonna treat you like a man," the driver is heard saying after dealing his epic blow.

South Carolina man punches lawyer after being sentenced to 15 years
I have no idea why anyone would punch their own laywer unless the lawyer isn't doing what you're paying them for. But, someone did apparently. Hip Hop Wired reports:
York County, South Carolina inmate Lamarcus Williamson recently earned himself additional time to an already daunting prison sentence after assaulting his public defender in the courtroom. Williamson, 30, was so disenchanted with the 15 year bid he just received—that after pleading guilty to robbery, assault and drug charges—he surprised those in attendance by delivering the fade to his court appointed lawyer, Dan Hall.
"Next thing I knew, I felt a blow to my mouth and I hit the floor," said Hall recollecting. Luckily for the lawyer, constables saw that Williamson was exhibiting volatile behavior, and were there to stop the criminal from doing further damage to Hall.
"I've been doing this for 25 years and I never seen anyone physically attacked in a courtroom," said Hall, who only met Williamson once prior to sentencing day. The still shaken up lawyer gave the gritty details of his assault, saying "An inch higher I would have had a broken nose, an inch lower my front teeth would have been knocked out; I'm still sore. He hit me right above the teeth and right below the nose. My mouth is still sore and my lips are lacerated a bit on the inside, but I think I'll be OK."
An additional six months were tacked on to Williamson's sentence for contempt of court after the incident, and the criminal may also face assault charges.

Shyne thinks Rozay is biting his style
Uhh, this one here is confusing. I'm in no way shape or form a fan or a supporter of Officer Ricky, but to say he's trying to be like Shyne...I doubt it. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Shyne has a problem with Rick Ross. The rapper born Jamal Barrow, who converted to Orthodox Judaism and now goes by Moses Levi, has taken issue with Rozay calling his new mixtape The Black Bar Mitzvah. Yesterday (October 7th), the former Bad Boy rapper vented his frustrations via Twitter.
Shyne Po started his Twitter rant by referencing Ross' past gig as a correction's officer. "Rick Ross was a cop. He remind me of Ice t from new jack city. What he know about that life? Too many bodies & sentences for all that lying," he tweeted. "If u was a crooked cop moving all that dope how u become a rapper & expose yourself is a king pin? Where the RICO at?#liar."
It's at this point where Shyne shared his disdain for the title of the Maybach Music Group soon to drop mixtape. "Black bartmitzva? These coppers fantasize about the things that i do daily like these coppers rap about the life I live really!," continued Shyne (note: his spelling, not ours). "How did speaking on the truth become hating? Any body that rap about that life should donate a % of his earnings to ending inner city genocide Mazol tov!"
After some more tweets, that including an assertion that his recent Gangland mixtape is the "realest album out," Shyne added, "First they criticize me for being a Jew, now they're favorite fake rapper is having a black bar mitzva? GTFOH."

Sandusky given 30-60 years in prison
This guy is already old as dirt, I don't know why they didn't just say life with no parole. Hip Hop Wired reports:
Defiant even in the wake of his sentencing, former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky vowed to maintain his innocence even after being ordered to serve no less than 30 and no more than 60 years in prison for the child sex abuse scandal which shamed the famous university. This morning, Sandusky faced Judge John M. Cleland in the Common Pleas Court in Bellefonte, Pa., just 12 miles north of State College, where he found fame alongside late Penn State football coaching legend Joe Paterno.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, a weepy Sandusky uttered after the sentencing, “"We're in the fourth quarter," Sandusky said.” In the fourth quarter you find out who will stand by you. For those still standing up for me, we will continue to fight."
Yesterday evening, Sandusky read a written statement from his holding cell which was aired on Penn State's ComRadio station. “We will continue to fight. We didn't lose the proven facts, evidence, accurate locations and times,” said Sandusky on the broadcast. “Anything can be said. We lost to speculation and stories that were influenced by people who wanted to convict me.”
Sandusky was charged by prosecutors who produced evidence that he molested 10 boys, many of which were African-American, over the years during his time at the school. The assaulted children were all part of a charity he founded for troubled and poor teenagers. Sandusky would take the boys, eight of who are now adults, on trips and Penn State games and reportedly had his way with them in exchange. Sandusky's attorney's plan to file an appeal in two weeks, claiming that between his arrest last November and the trial this June didn't allow for enough case preparation.
Sandusky will serve out the start of his sentence at Camp Hill state prison just outside of Harrisburg before being assigned to a permanent prison.

50 Cent making more enemies
50 Cent either has an album coming out soon or he isn't feeling very friendly these days. He started out the week making an appearance in Gunplay's MMG chain then traded insults with French Montana by hump day. Hip Hop Wired reports:
In this well publicized feud, Gunplay of MMG got into a fight with 50 Cent's entourage during the award show's taping two weeks ago in Atlanta, and was relieved of his trademark chain.
It looks like we found out where the chain ended up. Last night, video was released of G-Unit general 50 Cent bowling at Lucky Strike in Washington, DC with what is assumed to be Don Logan's missing Maybach Music Group chain. In an earlier radio interview, Gunplay admitted that his jewelry was lost in the scuffle with 50's crew.
Check out the video:
A few days ago, French Montana conducted an interview with Insanul Ahmed of Complex and dropped what seemed to be a light comment about 50 Cent when discussing the idea of rap beef not selling anymore like it used to.
"You should avoid beef if you trying to make money. People get scared when you try to beef with people. In general, [even in street s**t] nobody want to stand next to you if somebody about to shoot you," French told Complex. "They [used to] do that with 50 because 50 was the bank. They knew he was going to win. People ain't doing that [anymore]."
50 took to his Twitter account to respond to French Montana stating "French, your s**t is so weak, you never had a song by yourself fool. Ain't nobody waiting to hear your verse, girl." He added, "you out of your league talking about me you hoe. I read your little interview what the f**k is you high? You [might as well] catch this fade boy. Do you realize this fool French Montana hasn't sold one record and talking about sales."
French Montana responded via his Twitter and references one of 50 Cent's breakout songs, "Wanksta," by stating "damn homie, last year you was the man homie, the f**k happened to you?"
50 Cent and French Montana were seen just as recently as two weeks ago taking pictures together at the BET Hip-Hop Awards alongside Machine Gun Kelly, and Red Cafe.

Leo O'biren of The Last Dragon passes at age 41
It's funny how my brother and I were talking about The Last Dragon this morning, then I find out the little boy in the film passes away yesterday. The irony. Allhiphop reports:

Nelly detained in Texas over weapons and drugs
I keep telling people, they got Nelly mixed up with some body that isn't from St. Louis. But, Nelly is "bout that life"! Allhiphop reports:
St. Louis bred rapper Nelly, founder of the St. Lunatics, was detained for several hours for alleged possession of heroin, marijuana, and .45 caliber pistol in Texas according to TMZ.
The rapper famed for songs like, “E.I.,” “Hot in Here,” and others was stopped on his bus at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas.
While performing a search at border patrol, authorities found 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over 10 pounds of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag.
According to sources, a man named Brian Keith Jones admitted to owning the drugs and gun, and was subsequently arrested and taken into custody.
Nelly and his entourage on the bus were later released.
***UPDATE***
Nelly releases a statement and then takes to Twitter:
“It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning, October 11th. Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials in Sierra Blanca, Texas did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”
