Mystikal headed back to jail

Unfortunately, it looks as if Mystikal may be headed back to jail for a short stay. Hip Hop Wired reports:

Recent YMCMB signee, Mystikal has violated his probation and will be returning back to jail for 90 days according to the Associated Press. Mystikal, who was released from state prison in 2010 after serving a six-year term for sexual battery and extortion, was arrested in February on a misdemeanor charge of domestic abuse battery thus violating his probation. Mystikal''s attorney said District Judge Tony Marabella ordered Tyler to spend another 90 days in jail but is giving him credit for the nine days he was detained after his Feb. 22 arrest.
