50 Cent lands a distribution deal for Street King

50 Cent has landed what could potentially become another blockbuster deal; but, this time with Pepsi Co. AllHipHop reports:

“I did a deal with Pepsi to distribute streetking its gonna be every were [sic] buy a bottle feed some one in need,” 50 revealed on Twitter.

50 Cent launched the Street King energy shot, in order to fight world hunger.

Everytime a shot is purchased, a meal is provided for a child in need.

According to 50, his goal is to serve over 1 billion meals, via the Street King energy drink initiative.

Street King is expected to expand its distribution nationally under the deal with Pepsi.

[A] media representative from Pepsi told Hip-Hop Wired that 50 Cent's deal is actually with the Honickman Group, one of the beverage company's independent bottlers.

Along with soft drinks that include Canada Dry, Honickman also distributes beer throughout the northeastern region of the United States.

Bevnet has also confirmed the distribution deal with Honickman via Chris Clarke, a co-founder of Pure Growth Partners, Street King's parent company. Besides already being stocked in GNC and 7-Eleven, the energy shot billed as "1 Shot = 1 Meal for a Child" is on course to be added to two nationwide drug chains by February. Part of the proceeds from each sale of a Street King energy shot is donated to the United Nations World Food Program.
