While searching around the internet, I stumbled upon a documentary about the COINTELPRO (Counter Intelligence Program). This was a program that was established during the 1950s to breakdown certain groups and people the American government felt were a threat to the country. Well, some of the names the COINTELPRO was aimed at: Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, the Black Panther Party as well as many others who were involved in the Civil Rights Movement. I thought I would take the time out to share this with you all...check it out!
