The Urban Advocate has partnered with rising entertainer Vincent “Young Heartbreak” Tucker and Nikki Hayes of the Future Billionaires of America in the fight against hunger this holiday season.
“My Brother’s Keeper – Feed the Homeless Drive,” will take place at Emerald City’s Bar and Grill Is located at 2532 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75215, 10am-1pm CST on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 24). In its third year of existence, the event supports the local community by providing meals to the homeless and low-income families who will not have anything to eat on Thanksgiving.
Donations of Food (cooked), disposable utensils, plates, plastic ware amongst other things are needed (such as blankets and jackets to help people stay warm) including volunteers to help pass out items and meals.
