Will Smith is now part owner of the 76ers
Well, even though the NBA is in the midst of a lockout, that doesn't mean the league is on lockdown.
Earlier this week, it was announced that Philadelphia native, Will Smith is apart of a group headed by 46 year old billionaire, Joshua Harris, that has acquired the Philadelphia 76ers.
They reportedly purchased the team for $280 million, and have appointed Adam Aron as their new CEO.
Whenever this season resumes, if it ever resumes, the 76ers will be competing in the same division as Jay-Z's team, Brooklyn Nets.
